Ingredients

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 cup toasted pecans
• ½ cup butter (1 stick)
• 2 TB sugar
• 4.5 8-oz blocks cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sugar, 4 eggs
• 12 oz package of white chocolate chips, melted
• 3/4 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup Blue Bear Ease wine
•  ½ cup sugar

Directions

Melt the butter and blend with crumbs, pecans, & 2 TB sugar in a food processor.  Press into a 13 x 9 pan.  Mix softened cream cheese with 3/4 c sugar.  Add vanilla & eggs and beat. Add melted chocolate and beat. Pour mixture over crust and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Mix blueberries, wine and sugar in saucepan, simmer for about 10 minutes and blend in blender.  Pour over cheesecake.
