• 2 eggs• 2 cups sugar• 1 cup mayonnaise• 2 cups Chambourcin• 2 cups flour• 1 cup cocoa (Ghiradelli preferred)• 2 tsp baking soda
Mix all ingredients in a mixer (sift the cocoa to make sure there are no lumps). Bake in a 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for about 30 min or until done. Cool and top with Chambourcin Caramel Sauce.
