Ingredients

• 2 cups (8oz.) grated cheddar
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1/1/2 cups flour
• ¾ tsp salt
• ½ tsp dry mustard
• 1/ tsp cayenne pepper
• 4 Tbs Soleil wine

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor by pulsing until pulls into a ball. Roll into 1 1/2 inch diameter log. Chill. Slice into 1/8 thick coins. Bake 400 degree oven on ungreased non stick pan 8-10 min until light brown.
